Chattanooga, TN — January 13, 2026Roots to Reason, a new podcast exploring Vital Optional Therapies through grounded curiosity and science-informed conversation, officially launches January 13, 2026. Hosted by Michelle Hecker Davis, the podcast will be available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify Podcasts, Overcast, and via RSS feed.

Recorded throughout Fall 2025 and produced at Nooga Podcast Network, Roots to Reason brings together practitioners across cognitive science, integrative health, and functional care to explore root-cause approaches to healing, learning, and human optimization.

After years of appearing as a guest on podcasts across the health and education space, Davis is now turning the microphone around.

“I’ve always been drawn to asking ‘why,’” says Davis. “Why does a therapy work? What’s happening beneath the surface? Roots to Reason is about slowing down the conversation and getting to the root of what truly helps people thrive.”

Davis is a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist, Master Brain Trainer, and the owner of LearningRx Chattanooga, Tennessee’s first Board Certified Cognitive Training Center. Her professional background, paired with her warmth as a wife, mother, and lifelong learner, shapes conversations that are both accessible and deeply thoughtful.
